Throughout this fall, Coach Donny has sent us a series of e-mails alerting us to some new online features available to CSC parents. Through various links, we can access swimmers' meet entries, meet results and top times as well as upcoming meet information/schedule of events and various time standards. I really appreciate being able to access this information online it sure beats trying to find the info on the CSC Bulletin board and/or digging through soggy papers in my daughter's swim bag!
For those of you who are not familiar with using the web to access swimming information, here is a summary of the links that I use on a regular basis:

The CSC homepage which contains a great deal of helpful information about the club, coaches' e-mail addresses, important updates, etc.
•HY-TEK'S TEAM MANAGER ONLINE
(PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A WINDOW BASED PROGRAM)
Your swimmer's meet entries, results and top times data is stored in the Hy-Tek system. To access this database, go to
www.carmelswimclub.org and select the
CSC Meet Entry navigation button located on the left side of the CSC Homepage. Once you see the opening page of Hy-Tek's Team Manager Online you need to do the following:
1. Find Carmel Swim Club in the
SELECT YOUR TEAM box and hit the SELECT button. Be sure you see info about CSC show up in the big yellow box.
2. Use the navigator buttons located at the top on the page to get your swimmer's meet entries, meet results, and best times (“Athlete” button).
3. Be sure to checkout the graphing option in the athlete top times area!
HELPFUL HINTS: USE THE “FIND ATHLETE” SEARCH FUNCTION TO FIND YOUR SWIMMER -- ENTER LAST NAME, FIRST NAME AND SELECT THE GO

This website contains links to meet info for meets hosted in Indiana as well as various time standards.
MEET INFO/SCHEDULE OF EVENTS -- To find info about a specific meet (i.e. schedule of events, etc.), go to the navigation buttons at the top of the page and select
MEETS/MEET INFORMATION. Find the meet on the list of meets and download the
MEET PACKET info.
TIME STANDARDS --To access the Indiana time standards (qualifying times for the semi-state, state and zone meets), go to the TIMES navigation button and select
IS CHAMPIONSHIP STANDARDS. To access the A/B type standards, go to the
TIMES navigation button and select
USA SWIMMING TIME STANDARDS then go to the bottom of the page to
2001-2004 Motivational Times/Top-16 based motivational times or use this link Top-16 Based Motivational Times. The times listed on this page are used as time standards for some Invitational meets. For example, if you see a “BB” or “A” listed as a time standard requirement for a meet, this means your swimmer needs to have times at least as fast as those listed on this chart.

Reserved Seating Prelims:

Students = $5; Adults = $7
All orders must be placed thru the Carmel Swim Club to purchase tickets at these prices.
Send ticket order and check to CSC office. Please specify date, type of ticket (see above) and number of each.
