The club registration material should have made it to your mailbox by now.  If  it has not, please contact the office so we can get that out to you!  In the packet there were a couple of errors we would like to notify you about.  The first correction is the dates of the Hamilton Southeastern Meet.  This meet will be held October 13-15.  The second correction is the Team Registration date.  Our team registration for returning members will be September 5 at the Carmel High School Cafeteria from 5:30-7:00 p.m.  The Lakeside Invitational for the Senior group will be on October 20-22.  Hopefully this clears up some of the confusion you may have had with the mailing.  Please also note the change in the procedure for entering your swimmer into meets.  There is no more negative entry into meets.  You now have to tell us what meets you will be attending prior to the meet.  We are hoping this will save us entry fees spent when swimmers do not show up for meets and eliminate confusion and the possibility that you did not receive the negative entry form.  You will receive meet information prior to the meets, but you will not be automatically entered into meets if we do not have a meet entry sheet from you previously.  If you have questions about the material you received or any of the new procedures please contact the office.
