Location: Carmel Aquatic Center, Carmel High School

Cost: Free for anyone registered for the race!

On Sunday March 30^th the Carmel Swim Club and The Cartilage Regeneration and Shoulder Institute of Indiana will be hosting a FREE Triathlon pre-race Tune-up.  This is a great way to prepare for the race, and to make sure you are ready to go!

The Carmel Aquatics Center has announced two Triathlon Swim Clinic Sessions.  The sessions will be held as follows:

    Session 1: Sunday, Feb 17th, 24th, and Mar 2nd

    Session 2: Sunday Mar 16th, Saturday Mar 22nd, Saturday Mar 30th

                     (note the Easter Sunday session was moved to Saturday for that week only)

Two areas of focus are being offered during these sessions:

    Basic Stroke Instruction for Triathletes (beginner to moderate): 9:00am - 10:00am

    Stroke Improvement for Triathletes (more advanced):  10:00am - 11:00am
