Brian Pata - Head Barracuda Coach

Brian Pata is in his second tour as a coach with Carmel Swim Club, having served as an assistant Stingray and high school in 2001 and 2002.   Currently, Brian serves as the Head Barracuda Coach. His primary role will be to introduce age group swimmers to higher levels of competition and the training necessary in order to facilitate future success.  During the high school season, he also serves as an assistant coach for the Carmel High School.

 Prior to Brian’s return to Carmel, he led the Noblesville Swim club as Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach.  Before his first stint with the red and blue, Brian coached for the Zionsville Swim Club and Zionsville High School.

He is originally from Ohio and owns a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Marion College.  Brian also teaches mathematics at Carmel High School and lives in Noblesville.
