Sessions held from the Wednesday after Labor Day weekend through the Friday
before Memorial Day
Monday, Wednesday, &
Friday
Morning Session
5:30 - 6:30 AM
Noon Session
11:30 - 12:45
Workout Levels:
The are four different
pace levels of workouts; so all ability levels will be able to participate
if so inclined. Distance per each group range from 1800 yards to 4000
yards a workout.
Workouts will focus
on improving your stroke technique, improving your strength and cardio
fitness.
